If you sign up directly on a paid plan, you won't be charged for 30 days. We take your credit card details, but there is no charge until the first month has passed. If you cancel your plan any time during those 30 days, you won't be charged anything! Signing up to Woobius is entirely risk-free.

Absolutely! There is no charge for changing plans, and the upgrade is instant. Just click on "My Account" at the top right of your screen and change your plan there.

No! We believe in our product and so we won't lock you in with a long-term contract. We're very confident that you will love Woobius, so you can cancel your plan at any time, and you won't be charged from that point onwards.

No, the fees you see above are all we're going to charge you. We don't charge you extra for more users, folders, and so on.

We accept Visa, Delta and Mastercard payments, both credit and debit cards. If you do not have access to one of those cards, you can also pay by bank transfer - get in touch with our support team here.

Woobius is hosted on a server cluster in a secure data centre. Only authorised server maintenance personnel have physical access to the servers. The servers are updated regularly to keep up with the latest security patches, and all plans come with SSL encryption to ensure the security of your data in transit.

We fully test and support IE 7 and 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4. The site is also tested in IE 6, where there may be some cosmetic differences, but it is fully functional. Woobius also requires Flash 9 or later.
